“I know it’s time to unplug when I start feeling overwhelmed, have difficulty focusing, or notice that my productivity is dropping. To make it happen, I set clear boundaries for work and personal time, create digital-free zones in my home, and engage in offline activities like reading and walking. I also practice mindfulness and ensure I communicate my need for downtime to those around me. This helps me recharge and maintain a healthy balance between my digital and real-life interactions.”
