Daily habits

What are your daily habits?

I start my day by thanking the Universe or God for keeping me healthy and free from pain. I assign my subconscious mind to any situation or problem and ask for its guidance. After this, I get out of bed, go to the bathroom to freshen up and drink half a litre of water. Then, I meditate and do some yoga to maintain my health and consciousness.

After some time, I prepare a morning drink, such as tea, lemon tea, coffee, or ginger-turmeric drink, and enjoy it calmly in a nice spot. Following that, I decide what to make for breakfast since I must prepare it. Once breakfast is ready, I brush my teeth, take a shower, pray to God for a bit, and then have breakfast.

I then get ready and start working on my content writing. Whenever I get bored or feel tense for any reason, I quickly watch a comedy show—Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and The Kapil Sharma Show are my favourites. If I’m in a good mood, I continue writing content and strive to give my best.

In the evening, I listen to summaries of good books on the Cucufm app, which personally helps me a lot. I also spend time chatting with my family, talking to friends, watching TV shows, and checking the top content in my field.

Finally, I have an early dinner and go to bed early, as I wake up early in the morning.
