Like many women, I was stuck between responsibilities, family, and unfinished goals.
I knew I needed to care for myself, but I never found the time.
Then I came across Intermittent Fasting – especially the 16:8 method:
Eat between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, then fast for the next 16 hours.
Honestly, I doubted it. But I gave myself a week.
Today, I’ve been following this lifestyle for quite some time, and I feel the change deeply.

I used to eat mindlessly, every 2-3 hours.

But fasting taught me to pause, breathe, and respect my hunger and time.
